Hi friends!
Who do I have to talk to about getting a Trader Joe’s in Sioux Falls?? Seriously. I LOVE that place. I went to Omaha today for a little day trip with some friends and got to go to Trader Joe’s for the first time!I couldn’t get over all the fun things they had to eat, drink, and enjoy. Of course, I had to get flowers and a few groceries.
A few highlights:
- Flowers – Cheap, beautiful, and they last a long time.
- Vanilla cold brew concentrate – Let me tell you, this was the BEST cold brew I’ve ever had.
- Dark chocolate covered frozen bananas – I know it’s super easy to make these at home but sometime it’s just nice to buy for convenience. These were great and I would get them again if I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to make my own.
- Shrimp bao buns – Yum! 10/10 would recommend.
- 5. Filled gnocchi – Another 10/10! So good and filling! Would definitely repurchase these.
While we were in Omaha, we also hit up a few record shops, and I got so many records at great prices! My fav that I got was a Carpenters album and I LOVE every song on it.
There’s something so unique about listening to music on a record player; it feels like a moment frozen in time. Nowadays, you can play any song you want, when you want to. I love that records make you stop and listen from start to finish. I know you can play individual songs if you’d like, but I like to listen to them in the order they were meant to be heard.
