Okay, hear me out, I think this might be the best pasta that I’ve ever made.
I’ve had an InstaPot for a few years now, but never really used it. As I was scrolling Pinterest the other day, looking for new recipes, I came across this one that can be made in the Instant Pot and thought, “It’s now or never!”
