Here’s a little background info on espresso:
- The word espresso in Italian means “quick in time.”
- Although you might think you’ve tried all of the espressos out there, there are many flavors of espresso.
- The first espresso machine was created in 1901 by Luigi Bezzera, an Italian. (Thank you, Luigi! I owe you one.) This made the espresso-making process much smoother and faster!
